摘 要:为研究绿原酸、维生素E对母猪繁殖及抗氧化性能的影响,试验选取30头健康妊娠后期湖北白猪经产母猪,随机平均分为3个处理,每个处理10个重复。对照组为基础日粮组,试验组分别添加绿原酸(300 mg/kg)、维生素E(120 IU/kg)。经试验发现:绿原酸、维生素E均能显著提高仔猪初生重(P<0.05),但对窝产活仔数、21日龄仔猪窝增重、哺乳期母猪背膘损失无显著影响(P>0.05);绿原酸、维生素E均可显著提高母猪分娩时仔猪脐带血清和泌乳母猪(产后21天)血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),但对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平和丙二醛(MDA)含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);绿原酸组与维生素E组间各指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,在日粮中添加绿原酸和维生素E能提高母猪和新生仔猪机体抗氧化能力,提高仔猪初生重。The study aimed to analyze the effect of chlorogenic acid and vitamin E on production performance and antioxidant capacity of lactation sows. 30 healthy multiparous sows in late gestation were randomly allotted to 3treatments with 10 replicates. The control group was based on the diet group and the test groups were 300 mg/kg chlorogenic acid and 300 mg/kg vitamin E respectively. The results showed that chlorogenic acid and vitamin E can significantly increase the piglet birth weight(P〈0.05), but no effect on the number of live birth, 21 day old piglet weight gain, backfat loss during lactation(P〉0.05). In addition to this, chlorogenic acid and vitamin E can increase the activity of GSH-Px and CAT in cord blood serum and the serum of 21 days postpartum sows, but no effect on the activity of SOD and the level of T-AOC and MDA(P〉0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference between the chlorogenic acid group and the VE group(P〈0.05). The results indicate that chlorogenic acid and g vitamin E both can impove the ability of antioxidant capacity of sows and newborn piglets and the piglet birth weight.
