摘　　要：本文首先综述了航天飞行及模拟失重实验中腰痛的发生情况,以及与航天员腰痛相关的组织在航天及卧床实验中的研究概况;其次,分析了航天飞行任务中航天员发生腰痛的可能机制;最后介绍了相应的对抗措施,旨在为航天飞行中航天员腰痛的防治提供参考。Achievements of researches related to low back pain during spaceflight were reviewed firstly,which involved how low back pain occurred during spaceflights and weightlessness-simulated experiments,and how it affected related tissues during spaceflights and bed rest experiments. Secondly,the possible mechanism of low back pain during spaceflight was analyzed. Finally the countermeasures against low back pain during spaceflight were recommended. The objective is to provide references for prevention and cure of the low back pain in astronauts during spaceflight.
