摘　　要：介绍了过盈联接的特点,分别运用经验值法、解析法和数值方法 (有限元法)以中板轧机生产线上翻板机连架杆与主轴过盈连接机构为例进行详细计算和分析,指出圆柱面过盈联接在设计中应注意的问题。The paper explains the features of interference fit and takes the connection between the connection rod and main shaft of the plate turnover of a plate mill for example to carry out the calculation and analysis in detail with empirical method, analytical method and numerical method （finite element method） respectively and points out what is supposed to consider for the design of interference fit between cylindrical surfaces.
