医院行政查房优化方案及应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨行政查房优化方案在医院持续质量改进管理中的实际应用效果。方法围绕职能部门"服务基层,支持一线"的宗旨,选择丽水市中心医院行政查房优化方案推广应用情况为主要研究对象,将一整套优化行政查房方案及管理措施统一实施开展。结果行政查房优化方案的实施,提高了职能部门发现问题、整改问题的能力;进一步明确了责任部门,改进了工作作风;加大了医院管理的监管力度,提高了持续质量改进在医院管理中的作用和效果。结论通过不断优化行政查房方法和持续质量改进,显著提高行政查房在医院管理中的应用及效果。Objective To discuss the optimization scheme in administrative ward rounds for continuous quality improvement of hospital management. Methods In accordance with the aim that departments should ＂serve the grassroots and support the frontline＂, the application of optimization scheme in administrative ward rounds in Lishui Central Hospital was selected as the study object, which has carried out a set of optimization scheme and management measures. Results The implementation of the optimization scheme in administrative ward rounds has improved the functional departments ability of discovering and solving problems. It also further clarified the responsibilities of each department, improved the work style, enhanced hospital management supervision and improved the role of continuous quality improvement in hospital management. Conclusion Through continuous optimization of administrative ward rounds methods and continuous quality improvement, the effect of administrative ward rounds in hospital management was significantly improved.
