摘　　要：以欠发达地区旅游公共服务供给为研究对象,在前期研究基础上,对供给演化的阶段特征、影响要素及其驱动机制进行探讨,认为:(1)欠发达地区旅游公共服务供给演化分为3个阶段。(2)促使欠发达地区旅游公共服务供给演化的因素包括自然因素和人文因素,其中旅游资源是自然因素的核心,人文因素包括游客需求因素、交通因素、旅游产业因素和政策制度等。(3)旅游公共服务供给演化的驱动机制包括动力机制、传输机制、形成机制和反馈机制。Tourism public services are the obviously pubic,direct and indirect products,and the general name of services provided freely by the government and its administrative department or other social organizations to meet the tourists＇ common demands. Tourism public services are derived from the basis of China national conditions and the development of tourism industry,and produce the corresponding changes with the development of tourists＇ common needs. Tourism public services construction has been a very important issue in the tourism theory research in the recent years,since the Chinese Government decided to strongly support and develop tourism industry. Although there are abundant and attractive tourism resources located in the underdeveloped areas,the severely behindhand tourism public services,backward economy,and severe shortage of the tourism public services,impeded the development of local tourism. Therefore,on the basis of previous research,this paper took the tourism public service in underdeveloped areas as the research object,and discussed theoretically the characteristics of evolution＇s different stages about the evolution of tourism public services,influence factors and its driving mechanism. The results are as follows：（1）the evolution of the tourism public services in the underdeveloped area are divided into three stages and each stage shows the corresponding characteristics. The first stage：in the initial development tourism stage,the main characteristics of the tourism public services are driven by tourism resources. The second stage：in the formation and development of tourism industry stage,the main characteristics of the tourism public services are driven by economy. The third stage：the rapid development of tourism stage,the main characteristics of the tourism public services are driven by government＇s regulation and command.（2）The factors which promote the evolution of tourism public services in underdeveloped area can be divided into natural factor and human factor.
