摘　　要：目的探讨腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法2010年3月-2014年7月，应用腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤软组织缺损21例，其中急诊修复8例，择期修复13例；皮瓣缺损范围3．0cm×5．0cm～6．0cm×10．0cm。结果21例皮瓣全部成活，无血管危象发生。术后随访3~18个月，皮瓣色泽满意、质地柔软、弹性好、耐磨；供区瘢痕不明显，下肢功能无明显影响。结论腓动脉穿支皮瓣供区损伤小，适宜修复手部中等面积的软组织缺损。Objective To explore treatment methods and clinical effects of free peroneal artery perfo- rator flap for repairing hand skin soft tissue defect. Methods From March 2010 to July 2014, appli- cation of free peroneal artery perforator flap for repairing hand skin soft tissue defect in 21 cases, e- mergency repair in 8 cases, selective repair in 13 cases; the flap area was 3.0 cm×5.0 cm^6.0 cm× 10.0 cm. Results All the flaps survived, no vascular crisis happened, followed up for 3 to 18 months, the color was satisfactory, texture was soft, good elasticiw, wear-resisting; the scars of donor site were not obvious, and the Lower limb function has no obvious influence. Conclusion The peroneal artery perforator flap is suitable for the repairement of medium area sofe tissue defect on hand.
