摘　　要：目的探讨超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复足背软组织缺损的应用效果。方法2012年10月-2014年4月，应用超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣Ⅱ期修复足背软组织缺损创面，根据伤情将游离的股前外侧皮瓣修整至合适大小及厚度，动脉与足背动脉吻合，伴行静脉与相应的伴行静脉吻合。结果本组8例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访8-13个月，皮瓣外形美观，无臃肿及溃疡出现。供区创面愈合佳，功能正常。结论超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复足背软组织缺损，在外观和功能上达到满意的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of ultrathin free anterolateral thigh flap to repair soft tissue defect of the dorsum of foot. Methods Application of ukrathin free anterolateral thigh flap repaired dorsal soft tissue defect in 2nd stage. According to the injury anterolateral thigh will be trimmed, to the appropriate size and thickness, artery and dorsal pedal artery, vena comitans and corresponding concomitant venous anastomosis. Results All 8 cases survived. During the follow-up of 8-13 months, the flap appearance, no fat no ulcer. The donor sites healed well, and obtained normal function. Conclusion Ultrathin free anterolateral thigh flap for repairing tissue defects in the dorsum of foot, to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect in appearance and function, it is worthy of clinical application
