摘　　要：目的探讨应用双侧髂腹股沟游离皮瓣修复双手背大面积软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对15例双手背大面积软组织缺损采用以旋髂浅动脉为蒂的双侧髂腹股沟游离皮瓣修复。结果术后皮瓣全部成活，随访12个月，皮瓣质软，厚薄适中，弹性好，外形及功能满意，供区愈合良好。结论应用双侧髂腹股沟游离皮瓣移植修复手背皮肤软组织缺损，可早期进行手部功能锻炼，防止关节僵硬，最大程度恢复患手功能，缩短了住院时间及减轻患者经济负担，是修复双手背皮肤软组织缺损较好的方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical effects of double sides free groin flap in repairing the large area of soft tissue defeats on two hands back. Methods Do operation on fifteen cases suffering from large area of soft tissue defeats on two hands back by using double sides free groin flap with pedicled ihac shallow circumflex artery. Results After the operation, all the flaps survived, and during the follow-up of twelve months, the flaps were soft, the thickness was moderate, the elasticity was good and the patients were satisfied with good appearance and fine functions and donor area healed well. Conclusion By applying the double sides free groin flap in repairing soft tissue defeats on two hands back, the patients can exercise hand function early to prevent from ankylosis so that the patients can recover very soon. This method can greatly restore hand function, shorten the time of staying in hospital and reduce the economic burden for the patients. It is also one of the best methods in repairing the soft tissue defeats on two hands back.
