摘　　要：目的探讨应用微型外固定支架联合克氏针闭合复位治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折的临床应用价值。方法2010—2013年，应用微型外固定支架联合克氏针闭合复位治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折11例。闭合复位后应用微型外固定支架跨关节固定，克氏针固定骨折端。4~6周后拔除克氏针并去除外固定支架。结果本组11例均获随访，随访时间6～10个月，平均8个月，所有骨折均于术后6~8周临床愈合，无明显的关节疼痛、活动障碍。采用标准Cooney评分。优良率100％。结论应用微型外固定支架联合克氏针闭合复位治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折固定可靠，可早期功能锻炼，利于手部功能恢复。Objective To introduce a surgical technique using closed reduction and fixation with mini external fixator and k-wires to treat the fracture of the fifth metacarpal base. Methods From January 2010 to June 2013, 11 patients used mini external fixator and k-wires to treat the fracture of the fifth metacarpal base. The closed reduction and K-wires internal fixation were used to stabilize the fracture and mini external fixator were used to assist the reduction and wires and the external fixators were removed 4 to 6 fixation. Early rehabilitation was encouraged. The k- weeks later. Results All got phase I healing. All cases were followed up with a mean time of 8 months （range from 6 to 10 months）. All the fractures healed and the meantime is 6-8 weeks. The follow-up results showed that most patients gained good results. It showed that all patients were satisfied with the treatment. Few com plication happened. According to the evaluation method of Cooney score, the overall good-excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion From our experience, closed reduction and fixation with mini external fixator with K-wires internal fxation is a good method for the treatment of the fracture of the fifth metacarpal base. The advantages of mini external fixator is helpful in the reduction, fixation, earlier rehabilitation, improving function of hand.
