两种皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨足内侧穿支皮瓣与腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的方法及临床效果．为两者的临床选择提供理论依据。方法2012年6月-2014年6月，选取12例手部软组织缺损的患者，分别采用足内侧穿支皮瓣、腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损各6例。结果本组12例皮瓣全部成活，术后随访6～24个月，手部外观及功能满意；供区瘢痕不明显、功能无影响。结论根据手部软组织缺损部位及程度，选择适宜皮瓣修复，可达到更为满意的临床效果。Objective To explore methods and chnical effects for repairing hand soft tissue defect with the medial perforator flap and the Peroneal artery perforator flap, providing theoretical basis of two kinds of flap for chnical selection. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014, selecting 12 cases of hand soft tissue defect patients, Using each of medial perforator flap,peroneal artery perforator flap for repairing soft tissue defects of the hand in 6 cases. Results All the flaps survived, followed up for 6 to 24 months, the appearance and function of the hand were satisfactory. The donor site scar was not obvious, and the function was not affected. Conclusion According to the location and degree of soft tissue defect in hand, selecting proper flap can achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
