摘　　要：本文以中国农村产业结构演变过程为基本依据,农村第一产业劳动力不断脱离进而进入第二产业、第三产业,促使大量的农村人口向城镇聚集,也使得相应的就业结构发生结构性变化,就业结构的变化使得现代化进程更加迅速,也出现许多弊端。本文中通过引用产业结构和就业结构的结构偏差系数,提出促进产业的相关政策,合理引导人口由第一产业就业向第二三产业转移,进而使得中国的产业化进程更加有序和高效。Chinese rural industrial structure evolu- tion is the fundamental basis for this paper. Rural la- bor continuously apart from first industry into the second industry and the third industry, it prompted a large number of rural population to urban aggregation. At the same time, it makes the employment structure changes. The change of employment structure makes the process of modernization develop quickly, and also bring unfavorable effect. This paper puts forward the related policies to promoting industrial development by quoting industry structure and employment structure of the deviation coefficient of the structure, it guides people transferred from the employment of the primary industry to the secondary and tertiary indus- tries, it makes China＇s industrialization process more efficient and orderly.
