国际旅游岛政策对海南城乡居民消费结构的影响

摘　　要：国际旅游岛战略的实施对海南经济发展和居民生活产生了显而易见的积极影响,但调查也发现部分居民对该政策依然存在负面评价,尤其是针对房价和物价上升对居民福利的负面影响。本文采用扩展线性支出系统模型对海南省城乡居民消费结构进行实证分析,并对比分析国际旅游岛政策对海南城乡居民消费行为和消费水平变化的影响,研究表明国际旅游岛政策对海南城乡居民生活确实产生了一定的负面影响,但也明显促进了消费升级,提升了整体生活质量。The positive influence of Hainan interna- tional tourism island policy on Hainan economic devel- opment and residents＇ life standard has been very obvious, but the survey also found that some residents hold negative evaluation on the policy, especially on the negative influence on the welfare due to the increase of house prices and prices of commodities. This paper, by using the Extended Linear Expenditure System, em- pirically analyzed the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Hainan province, and compara- tively analyzed the changes in the consumer behavior and consumption level for the international tourism island policy. The research has shown that the policy really has some negative influence on urban and rural residents＇ life, but it also has obviously promoted the upgrade of consumption and improved the overall life quality.
