摘　　要：目的评价北海市2010—2014年急性弛缓性麻痹（AFP）病例监测现况,为北海市AFP病例监测管理提供依据。方法对北海市2010—2014年AFP监测数据应用EPIinfo软件和Excel软件进行分析,对2014年现场督导资料进行描述性分析。结果北海市2010—2014年报告AFP病例51例,0～14岁儿童平均报告发病率为3.37/10万。5年间OPV的常规免疫接种率和强化免疫接种率均保持在95%以上。督导21家哨点医院门诊日志和住院登记787 895份,应报AFP病例51例,报告率100%,及时率100%,无漏报迟报。县级以上哨点医院的医务人员对AFP的报告时限、报告内容、采样要求等内容知晓率达90%以上。结论该市AFP监测系统灵敏性较高,接种率维持在较高水平,但还应继续加强乡级医务人员技术培训、增强报病意识、密切关注重点地区和重点人群免疫接种情况,继续维持无脊灰状态。Objective To evaluate monitoring status of Acute Flaccid Paralysis（AFP） cases in Beihai from 2010 to 2014 in order to provide the basis for AFP surveillance management of Beihai, Guangxi. Methods EPIinfo software and Excelsoftware were used to analyze the surveillance data of AFP in Beihai from 2010 to 2014, and the descriptive analysis methodwas used to analyze the field supervision of 2014. Results Fifty-one AFP cases were reported from Beihai during 2010-2014, of which the incidence at 0-14 years old children was 3.37 /lakh. Five years OPV routine immunization coverage andstrengthening immunization rates were maintained at above 95%. A total of 787 895 outpatient and inpatient registrations of the21 sentinel hospitals were supervised. A total of 51 cases of AFP were reported in Beihai from 2010 to 2014, report rate was100% and the promptness rate was 100%, and there was no delaying omission. Awareness rate of the report time, the contentsof the report, sampling requirements, etc. of the AFP of the medical staff in the sentinel hospitals above the county level wereabove 90%. Conclusion The AFP surveillance system of Beihai has higher sensitivity and the vaccination rate is maintainedat a high level, but we should also continue to strengthen the township medical staff technical training, to enhanceconsciousness of reported disease, to pay close attention to key areas and population immunity vaccination, and to continue tomaintain the state of polio free.
