摘  要:目的验证工作场所空气中三氟化硼的标准检验方法在笔者所在实验室测定的适应性,确保该方法的检测准确性。方法依据国家职业卫生标准《工作场所空气有毒物质硼及其化合物》(GBZ/T 160.27-2004)规定,绘制硼标准曲线、对模拟吸收液做加标回收实验、精密度实验、检出限、最低检测浓度、定量限、最低定量浓度。结果硼回归方程为:Y=0.3 195X-0.0 117,相关系数r=0.9 996,回收率为96.6%~100%,精密度RSD范围为0.73%~4.4%,检出限为:0.340 ug/ml,最低检测浓度为0.23 mg/m3,定量限为1.100 ug/ml,最低定量浓度为0.73 mg/m3。结论该实验室可以使用《工作场所空气有毒物质硼及其化合物》标准方法开展三氟化硼的检测工作。Objective To verify the adaptability of standard testing method of boron trifluoride in workplace air of author's lab,ensure the detection accuracy of the testing method. Methods According to Workplace air toxic substance of boron and its compounds,( GBZ / T 160. 27-2004) draw the standard curve of boron,did standard recovery experiment for simulation of absorption liquid,precision experiment,detection limit,the minimum detectable concentration,limit of quantification,the lowest concentration quantification. Results The boron regression equation : Y = 0. 3195X-0. 0117,the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9996,recovery rate was 96. 6%-100%,the precision RSD% was 0. 73%-4. 4%,detection limit was 0. 340 ug / ml,the minimum detectable concentration was 0. 23 mg / m3,limit of quantification was 1. 100 ug /ml,the lowest concentration quantification was 0. 73 mg / m3. Conclusions The lab can use the standard method of Workplace air toxic substance of boron and its compounds to carry out boron trifluoride test.
