摘　　要：随着人口的增多以及自然环境资源日益遭到严重的破坏,公共卫生事件的发生频率也越来越多,给人们的生命和财产造成了巨大的威胁。如何更好地提高对公共卫生事件的预防,如何加强对一些突发事件的应急处理,成了目前社会所关心的主要问题。目前政府已经开始加强对公共卫生事件的管理,调整管理思路为"花小钱进行预防,而不是花大钱进行救治,努力把损失降到最低限度。"在一定程度上提高了对公共卫生事件的预防与处理质量。文章主要探讨公共卫生事件的含义和它的一些基本特征,着重分析了公共卫生事件的预防和应急处理思路以及所采取的具体措施。With the growth of economic and the increasing population, natural environment resources have been destroyedseriously, and the emergent events of public health also occurred more frequently, which bring great threats to people＇s lifeand property. How to improve the prevention of public health incidents and strengthen the emergency treatment of someunexpected events has become the main concern of the society. The government has begun to strengthen the managementof the public health events, the adjustment of management idea on ＂Spend money on prevention, rather than spend a lot ofmoney for treatment, and trying to reduce losses to a minimum＂, which improved the quality of prevention and treatment ofpublic health evens. This article mainly discusses the significance of the emergent events of public health and itsfundamental characteristics, focuses on the prevention and the specific measures of emergent events of public health.
