摘 要:目的研究抗过敏药物考夫克和卡贝治疗分泌性中耳炎的机制。方法采用卵蛋白致敏大鼠变态反应分泌性中耳炎动物模型,使用考夫克和卡贝分别予以治疗,在用药第7天和第14天采血及取PBS中耳冲洗液,检测两者中干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白三烯C-4(LTC-4)、前列腺素D2(PGD2)和血小板活化因子(PAF)含量。结果用药第7天,血清中及中耳冲洗液中上述细胞因子均较生理盐水治疗组偏低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,部分项目差异不显著(P>0.05),但仍有个别项目有显著性差异(P<0.05)。用药第14天,血清中及中耳冲洗液中上述细胞因子含量均恢复到正常水平,与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论考夫克或者卡贝的作用机制是通过抑制I型变态反应,达到有效治疗分泌性中耳炎(OME)的作用。Objective To investigate the mechanisms of treating OME with Ambroxol Hydrochloride tablets and Bromhexine Hydrochloride injection. Method The animal model of OME was made and was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride tablets( AH) and Bromhexine Hydrochloride injection( BH). At the date of 7 and 14,the middle ear rinses and serum were collected. The levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,LTC-4,PGD2 and PAF were detected.Result Compared with normal saline group, the levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, LTC-4, PGD2 and PAF of the experimental group that treated with AH and BH were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05) at the date of 7,but the differences of other parameters between the control group and the experimental group that treated with AH and BH were not significant. At the date of 14,compared with the control group,the differences of the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,LTC-4,PGD2 and PAF of the experimental group that treated with AH and BH were not significant( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The mechanism of action of Ambroxol Hydrochloride tablets and Bromhexine Hydrochloride injection is related to inhibiting type I allergy.
