复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病疗效评价及对Th17细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价复方甘草酸苷(CG)治疗寻常型银屑病(PV)的疗效及对Th17细胞和相关细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选取深圳大学第一附属医院100例PV患者,随机分为联合治疗组(n=50)及外用治疗组(n=50),联合治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷口服及卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗,外用治疗组给予卡泊三醇软膏单独治疗。流式细胞仪检测外周血Th17细胞水平ELISA检测相关细胞因子表达水平。结果:联合治疗组和外用治疗组临床治疗有效率分别为92.0%和66.0%,组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组患者Th17细胞百分比、IL-6、IL-17和IL-23下降水平较外用治疗组更加明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷口服联合卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗寻常型银屑病优于单用卡泊三醇软膏,可能通过调节Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子起作用。Objective： To assess the therapeutic efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin（ CG） in the treatment of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris（ PV） and the effects on the level of Th17 cell and related cytokines expression. Methods： One hundred patients with PV were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each. The patients in the treatment group were given compound glycyrrhizin combined with topical calcipotriol ointment and those in the topical treatment group was given calcipotriol ointment only. The level of Th17 cell and related cytokines expression were detected with flow cytometry and ELISA. Results： The efficacy of the combined treatment group and the topical treatment group was 92. 0% and 66. 0%,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The decline in the positive Th17 cell percentage,and the levels of IL- 6,IL- 17 and IL- 23 was more obvious in the combined treatment group than in the topical treatment group,with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined calcipotriol ointment was better than that of calcipotriol ointment alone,which may be related with the regulation of the Th17 cells and related cytokines.
