果酸联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中度痤疮疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价果酸联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中度痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:161例中度痤疮患者随机分为果酸联合丹参酮组55例、果酸组54例和丹参酮组52例。果酸外用(20%为起始浓度),2周1次,共4次,丹参酮胶囊口服1g,4次/日,共8周,治疗8周评价疗效。治疗后1个月评价复发情况。结果:果酸联合丹参酮组的总有效率为87.27%,高于果酸组的62.96%和丹参酮组的53.85%。三组均未见严重的不良反应。1个月后,果酸联合丹参酮组复发2例(3.64%),果酸组复发9例(16.67%),丹参酮组复发8例(15.38%)。结论:果酸联合丹参酮治疗中度寻常痤疮安全有效,复发率低。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of alpha hydroxy acids（ AHAS） combined with tanshinone capsule in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods： One hundred and sixty- one patients with moderate acne vulgaris were divided randomly into three groups. Fifty- five patients were treated with AHAS combined with tanshinone capsule（ treatment group）. Fifty- four patients were treated with AHAS and fifty- two patients were treated with tanshinone capsule only. Tanshinone capsule was given 1g,4times a day for 8 weeks and AHAS was used topically. The clinical efficacy and safety were assessed at week4 and 8 after treatment,Recurrences were assessed one month later. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87. 27%,which was higher than those in AHAS group and intanshinone capsule group（ 62. 96% and 53. 85%）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the three groups. The recurrence rate in the combination group,AHAS group and intanshinone capsule group was 3. 64%,16. 67% and 15. 38% respectively after one month follow- up. Conclusion： AHAs combined with tanshinone capsule is effective,safe and less recurrence in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris.
