摘　　要：加巴喷丁是一种传统抗癫痫药物,通过与钙离子通道α2δ位点结合,调节GABA浓度,最终改变神经阈值。近年来该药在治疗皮肤病性瘙痒和疼痛中得到广泛使用,现综述如下。Gabapentin is a kind of traditional antiepileptic drug which takes effect through changing the neuron threshold by regulating the calcium- binding α2δsite and concentration of GABA. In recent years,gabapentin has been widely used in the treatment of pain and pruritus caused by dermatosis,which is reviewed in this paper.
