摘 要:聚氨酯是一种重要的阻尼防腐涂料树脂基体,其分子间的氢键作用对粘弹性有重要影响。空间位阻对聚氨酯的氢键作用有巨大影响,直接决定材料的粘弹性。本文通过选用不同结构的扩链剂,在保持扩链剂主链长度不变的情况下,改变扩链剂的侧链长度,研究扩链剂侧链长度对聚氨酯粘弹性影响。研究结果表明:随着聚氨酯侧链空间位阻的增加,聚氨酯氢键作用减弱,聚氨酯最大损耗因子由0.39提高到0.56。Polyurethane is an important matrix for damping anticorrosion coatings. Hydrogen bonds between molecules have an important influence on viscoelastic property of polyurethane. By choosing different chain extender, isocyanate and polyether polyol, we studied the influence of hydrogen and steric on polyurethane viscoelastic. We selected five types of chain extender with different length of side chain but same length of backbone to investigate the effect of pendant steric on polyurethane viscoelasticity. The results show that with the increase of steric hindrance of the side chain of the polyurethane, hydrogen bond is weaken and maximum loss factor is imoroved from 0.39 to 0.56.
