摘 要:基于碱性焦磷酸盐体系,在45钢基体上采用电刷镀技术制备了锡质量分数分别为52.6%、61.4%和70.0%的高锡铜锡合金镀层。考察了热处理对镀层组织和显微硬度的影响,以及镀层的摩擦性能。结果表明:经过180°C热处理之后,镀层发生再结晶现象,晶粒粗化,硬度下降,与此同时镀层晶化程度提高,出现Cu3Sn晶化相。在干摩擦条件下,热处理前后高锡镀层的摩擦因数在0.50~0.70之间,未发生明显变化,但磨痕宽度和磨损体积有不同幅度的下降,其中锡含量为61.4%的镀层的摩擦性能最佳。进一步研究其分别在NF2、E02和澳力丹微乳化液3种润滑条件下的摩擦性能,发现热处理前后镀层均只发生了轻微的磨粒磨损,摩擦性能未发生明显变化,摩擦因数在0.03~0.15之间,磨痕宽度在40.0~60.0μm之间,但热处理后磨痕的犁沟宽度变窄,犁沟数量减少,说明热处理后镀层脱落的概率减小,耐磨性增强。High-tin copper–tin alloy coatings with 52.6%, 61.4%, and 710.0% Sn respectively were prepared on 45 steel substrates by electro-brush plating from an alkaline pyrophosphate bath. The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and microhardness of the coatings was studied. The tribological performance of the coatings was tested. The results showed that after heat treatment at 180 °C, the coatings suffered recrystallization with grain coarsening, hardness reduction, increase of crystallinity, and appearance of Cu3 Sn phase. Under dry friction condition, the friction coefficients of the coatings are between 0.50 and 0.70 before and after heat treatment without significant change, but the wear scar width and volume loss are decreased to different degrees for heat-treated coatings. The coating with 61.4% Sn which shows the best tribological performance in dry friction condition was further studied under lubrication condition using three different lubricators, i.e. NF2, E02, and OITA, respectively. It was found that the coating suffered a slight abrasive wear without significant change of its tribological performance. The friction coefficient of the coating before and after heat treatment is between 0.03 and 0.15 and the wear scar width on it is 40.0-60.0 μm. The furrow of wear scar in the heat-treated coating becomes narrower and fewer, indicating that the heat-treated coating has relatively low exfoliation probability and improved wear resistance.
