摘　　要：目的：建立测定银黄清火胶囊中绿原酸含量的方法.方法：采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Acclaim120？ C18,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸（12：88,V/V）,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为327 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μl.结果：绿原酸检测进样量线性范围为56～224μg;精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD〈3.0%;加样回收率为96.91%～104.76%,RSD为1.46%（n=9）.结论：该方法操作简便、重复性好,可用于银黄清火胶囊的质量控制.OBJECTIVE：To establish a method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang qinghuo capsule. METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Acclaim120？ C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid（12：88,V/V）at flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and volume injection was 10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 56-224 μg;RSDs of precision,stability and reproduciblity tests were lower than 3.0%,recovery was 96.91%-104.76%（RSD=1.46%,n=9）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang qinghuo capsule.
