摘　　要：鉴于城镇化快速发展带来城镇基础设施建设高潮,而地方政府资金不足的现状,文章介绍了国外城镇基础设施投融资改革经验,并结合安徽省城镇基础设施融资现状及存在问题,针对性地提出了具体改进措施。In view of the present situation that the urbanization construction brings about the fast development of urban infrastructure,but there is the lack of the funds of local government,this paper introduces the advanced experience of foreign urban infrastructure financing reform,combined with the current situation and existing problems of Anhui urban infrastructure financing,and puts forward some related reform measures.
