摘 要:目的明确导致黑龙江地区龙胆叶枯病发生的主要病原。方法通过对病原菌进行分离、纯化、接种试验对该病原菌rDNA OPA进行PCR扩增和序列测定,并把扩增序列与GenBank中菌株的序列进行对比。根据真菌形态和分子鉴定结果确定病原菌种属。结果链格孢菌Alternaria alternate(Fr.:Fr)Keissler为龙胆叶枯病主要病原,测定序列与Alternariavalternate(Fr.:Fr)Keissler同源性为100%。结论本研究明确了黑龙江地区龙胆叶枯病病原,为抗病育种奠定了基础。Objective Confirm the pathogen of Gentian leafblight in Heilongjiang, China. Methods In this study, fungi was isolated, purified and inoculated by common method, the rDNA OPA region of the pathogen was amplified by PCR and sequenced, identification of the fungi were carried out by the method of morphology and molecular biology. Results Alternaria alternate(Fr. : Fr) Keissler was the pathogen of Gentian leafblight. The results showed that the identity was 100% with Alternaria alternate(Fr. : Fr) Keissler by BLAST the sequences in GenBank. Conclusion Confirmed the pathogen of Gentian leafblight in Heilongjiang, which can provide evidence for prevention and treatment of the disease,also benefit to the breding and disease resistance of Gentian leafblight.
