泻心汤体外抗菌作用拆方研究

摘　　要：目的通过拆方研究泻心汤体外抗菌作用。方法采用拆方方法,以金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、致病性大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、黑曲霉菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌为受试菌,考察各拆方组的抗菌强度及最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果大黄-黄连配伍组可增加对乙型溶血性链球菌的抑均半径、降低最小抑菌浓度(MIC),黄芩-黄连配伍组可增加对白色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌半径及降低最小抑菌浓度(MIC),黄芩-黄连配伍组对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用明显减弱。结论大黄对全方的体外抑菌活性起到相加作用,黄芩对全方的体外抑菌活性变化较为复杂。Objective Through decomposed recipes study of XiexinTang antibacterial action. Methods The antibacterial action was studied by withdrawal andlysis, take Staphylococcus aureus, S. albus, beta hemolytic streptococcus, colon bacillus, proteus mirabilis, A. niger, Candida albicans, Aseudomonas aeruginosa as the tested bacteria, and evaluation the combination group by Antibacterial strength and MIC. Results The antibacterial strength was increase and MIC were reduce of beta hemolytic streptococcus by rhubarb-coptis group,the same effect as scutellaria-coptis group to S. albus, beta hemolytic streptococcus, and the effect was reduced for scutellaria-coptis group for Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion The rhubarb had additive effect of prescription in vitro obviously, otherwise the scutellaria was hard to explain.
