基于多指标综合评价润目灵提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的对润目灵的剂型、提取工艺进行系统研究。方法采用单因素考察、正交实验设计等方法,以浸膏得率、枸杞多糖及木犀草苷含量等为指标对润目灵的提取工艺进行优化研究。结果通过单因素考察、正交试验得到的结果,得到最佳提取工艺(10倍量的水,煎煮40 min,煎煮2次)。结论筛选出的成型工艺稳定可靠,含量测定方法简便、重现性好、专属性强,为该制剂的质量评价提供了依据。Objective Systematic research on formulation, extraction technology of Run MuLing. Methods Using the dry paste rate, the contents of wolfberry polysaccharide and galuteolin as composite index to optimize the extraction process with the methods of single factor and orthogonal experimental design. Results Obtain the optimum extraction process（extracted 2 times with 10 times amount of water and for 40 minutes per time.） by the results of single factor and orthogonal experiment. Conclusion The optimum extraction condition was stable and feasible, and the determination method is simple, reproducible, specific, which provides the basis for the quality evaluation.
