摘 要:目的优化血塞通滴丸的成型工艺条件。方法以滴丸的重量合格率为考察指标和外观质量作为评价指标,对基质和冷却液进行筛选,对滴速进行单因素考察,用正交设计试验法考察基质与主要配比、滴头温度、冷却液温度和滴距四个因素,从滴丸的重量合格率及外观质量为综合评定指标,优选血塞通滴丸最佳成型工艺。结果使用基质为PEG 4000,二甲基硅油为冷却剂,滴速控制在40~50滴·min^(-1),基质:主药=2.0:1,滴头温度为85℃,冷却液温度为15℃,滴距为5 cm,制得的滴丸外观质量好,滴丸的重量合格率高。结论该成型工艺制得的滴丸成品得率高,符合《中国药典》中滴丸剂的质量标准,工艺合理、可行。Objective To study the optimum formation technics of Xuesaitong drop pill. Methods With pill weight coefficient and appearance quality as the index of evaluation to decide the best dropping condition. Chose the base material and the iquor condensate, the single factor test was used for the dropping speed, the orthogonal test was conducted on the 4 factors, including the temperature of drops and the liquor condensate, the forming percentage of different base material and the main drug and the dropping distance. Results When PEG 4000 was used as carrier, methyl-siliconoil was used as cooling agent and controled the dropping speed with 40 ~ 50 d·min^(-1), the optimum forming technics could be seen as follows, the ratio of base materials and the main drug was 2.0 : 1, the temperature of drops was 85℃, the temperature of the liquor condensate was 15℃ and the dropping distance was 5 cm. Conclusion There was a high rate of end product of dropping pill prepared with this optimum process, which was in conformity with the standard stated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The formation technics of Xuesaitong drop pill was reasonable and feasible.
