蒙药血宝丸联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒙药血宝丸联合激素治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效和复发率。方法对内蒙古民族大学附属医院2006年8月～2012年8月收治的152例ITP患者的临床资料、实验室检查和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 1蒙西医结合观察组总有效率75.9%,对照组总有效率47.7%,两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;2蒙西医结合观察组与对照组治疗前后PLT的比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,说明两组都有治疗效果;3治疗后两组PLT比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,说明蒙西医结合治疗较单独激素治疗能更有效的提升患者血小板数量;4对照组复发率36.4%,观察组复发率仅为6.5%,经统计发现两组患者在复发时间及复发率上差异明显（P〈0.05）,说明蒙西医结合治疗不仅效果优于单独西药,而且蒙西医结合治疗ITP的复发率低。结论与传统的单独激素治疗相比,蒙药血宝丸联合激素治疗ITP的疗效肯定,不仅能迅速有效提升患者的血小板水平,而且复发率低,副作用少,但其具体的作用机制有待进一步研究。Objective To observe the effection of Mongolian medicine Xuebo pill combined with hormone in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods To select 152 cases of ITP patients in the Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities hospital from August 2006 to 2012 August and to collect and analyze the clinical data. Results 1 The total efficiency of the observation group was 75.9%, control group was 47.7%, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）; 2 The observation group and the control group have significant differences（P〈 0.01） between pretherapy and priortreatment respectively. 3There was significant difference between the effects of the two groups after treatment which indicates that is better for the Mongolian medicine Xuebao pill treatment combined with hormone therapy than simple prednisone in improving the number of platelets. 4The control group recurrence is 36.4 % and the observation group was only 6.5%,the difference is significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the traditional simple hormone treatment, the curative effect of Mongolian medicine Xuebao pill combined with hormone in the treatment of ITP is sure and plays an important role in improving the patient＇s platelet levels and promote faster and higher, and the Mongolian medicine Xuebao pill combined with hormone in the treatment of ITP with low recurrence rate, but the specific mechanism needs further study.
