远志神经系统药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：现代药理研究表明,远志有增强学习记忆、抗痴呆、抗衰老、抗氧化、镇静、抗惊厥、抗抑郁、祛痰镇咳、抑菌抗炎、抗诱变、保护心脑血管等多种药理活性。我们对远志的神经系统药理活性及相关的作用机制进行了系统的总结,以期为远志的药理实验研究提供思路与方法,为其进一步深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Modern pharmacological studies have shown that polygala tenuifolia have many kinds of pharmacological activities such as enhance learning and memory, antidementia, antiaging, antioxidant, tranquilizing, anticonvulsion, antidepression, expectorant and antitussive, antibacteria and anti-inflammatory, antimutagenesis, protection of heart head blood-vessel and so on. We draw a conclusion about polygala pharmacological activities and related mechanism, in order to provide the ider and method of polygala pharmacological experimental study, proxide a reference for its further research and development and utilization.
