云南高原山区居民参与血吸虫病防治行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解云南高原山区血吸虫病流行区居民参与血防查病的积极性和依从性。方法选择云南省鹤庆县金墩乡高原山区血吸虫病流行区西甸和磨光2个行政村开展调查,对调查村居民采用随机抽样方法抽取6-65岁居民开展问卷调查,了解其参与防治的态度、防治行为的水平和程度,对调查对象采用间接血凝试验（IHA）进行检查,了解其血吸虫感染情况。结果共调查412人,认为血吸虫病可以预防、不能预防、不知道能不能预防人数占调查人数的比例分别为80.34%、2.43%、17.23%。开展血吸虫病查病时做到参加检查、不去检查、没有回答人数占调查人数的比例分别为56.31%、25.49%、18.20%。结论云南高原山区血吸虫流行区居民对每年的血吸虫病查病工作产生了厌倦情绪,致使查病依从性降低,影响了防治质量的提高。在今后的防治过程中应该大力开展健康教育工作,强化流行区干部群众的血防意识,以获得较好的防治效果。Objective To understand the residents＇ positivity and compliance to screen the schistosomiasis in plateau mountain area of Yunnan. Methods A survey was in two villages, Xidian and Moguang, which in the Schistosomiasis endemic areas of plateau mountain area. In these villages, questionnaire investigation was carried out among the residents from 6 to 6 5 years old to understand the attitude and behavior of the schistosomiasis prevention and control. After that, the indirect haemagglutination（ IHA） test was applied to the population to know the infection status of the schistosomiasis. Results There were 4 1 2 person enrolled in this investigation. A proportion of 8 0. 3 4 % residents thought that the Schistosomiasis could be prevented,2. 4 3 % thought that could not be prevented, and 1 7. 2 3 %people did not know whether Schistosomiasis could be prevented. In the Schistosomiasis test, the proportion of people who attended or not the Schistosomiasis test and did not answer this question was respectively 5 6. 3 1 %, 2 5. 4 9 % and 1 8. 2 0 %respectively. Conclusion The residents living in the Schistosomiasis endemic plateau mountain area have been set in boredom, resulting in the decreasing of the percentage of compliance to screen the schistosomiasis, which would affect the development of quality to the schistosomiasis prevent and control. In further schistosomiasis prevent and control, a list of measures need to be carried out in health education to strengthen the awareness of the schistosomiasis prevent and control.
