摘  要:为了研究含铌低碳钢中NbC粒子的析出长大行为,基于所建的相场模型及其应用程序,对两个粒子的析出长大过程进行了仿真,揭示了它们的形貌演变以及初始界面间距的相关影响.结果表明:随着模拟过程延长,两个粒子均经历了从独自长大方式向相互融合长大方式的转变,界面间距不断减小直至融合,相应的动力学机制在于Nb原子扩散和局域自由能密度变化所引起的结构序参量值变化;两个粒子界面耦合时间随着初始界面间距增大而延长、直至稳定,这对于分析含铌低碳钢中NbC粒子的存在状态有一定的实际意义.In order to study the growing behavior of NbC precipitated in low-carbon niobium-bearing steel,the growth processes of two NbC particles were simulated,and the evolution of their morphology and size as well as the effects of the initial interface spacing were also revealed based on a phase-field model and its software.The results show that:with the extension of the simulation process,the growth of two particles is changed from separation to integration and their interface distance decrease continuously to zero,which is resulted from the change of structure order parameter caused by niobium atomic diffusion and local free energy density variation;the time taken for merging two particles′interface prolongs with the increases of initial interface spacing until being stable,which has a certain practical significance for analyzing the state of NbC particles existed in the low carbon niobium-bearing steel.
