医患双方对医患关系认知情况的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的研究医患双方对医患关系认知情况的现状,以期促进医患关系回归和谐。方法通过检索中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据等全文数据库上公开发表的有关医生和患者对医患关系认知情况的研究文献,使用Meta-Analyst软件对纳入研究的文献进行Meta分析,选用随机效用模型进行合并效应量。结果共纳入相关文献8篇。总样本量8 779,其中医务人员4 200例,患者4 579例,经Meta分析后发现,医生认为医患关系和谐、比较紧张的合并率分别为2.8%、30.7%。患者认为医患关系和谐、比较紧张的合并率分别为11.2%、13.5%。医生认为医患关系和谐的比例明显低于患者,而医生认为医患关系比较紧张的比例明显高于患者。结论医生和患者对于医患关系总体评价存在差异,需正确认识对待。要加强医患间的有效沟通;健全医疗体制,促进和谐医患关系;建立健全有效的医患纠纷的解决机制,探索有效的预防措施。Objective The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyze the status of cognition on doctor-patient relationship between medical staffs and patients, and put forward reasonable suggestions to establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Methods A computerized literature search of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （ CNKI）, VIP and Wanfang I Chinese） was conducted to identify relevant published articles on the status of cognition on doctor-patient relationship between medical staff＇ and patients. Meta-analysis was used to analyze the literatures included and the random effects model was used to pool the effect magnitude. Results A total of 8 articles were included. Total sample size was 8 779, including 4 200 medical staff and 4 579 patients, After recta-analysis, it was found that the harmonious and nervous relationship between doctors and patients were 2.8% and 30.7% in doctors, respectively; were 11.2% and 13.5% in patients, respectively. Conclusion The overall evaluation of the doctor-patient relationship between the doctors and patients are different. It is essential to strengthen the effective communication, improve the medical system, and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and natients.
