摘　　要：目的:探讨VEP(视觉诱发电位)视力检测在视神经损伤致视力下降的法医临床学鉴定中的作用。方法:为了提高鉴定的准确性和客观性,鉴定时要分析视神经损伤机理,排除其他原因所致的视力下降,进行细致、周密的视觉诱发电位检测,综合判断得出结论。结果:通过系统的检验、检测,尤其是EVP的正确使用才能得出较客观的结果。结论:综合分析和应用各方面检测手段,视神经损伤致视力下降的鉴定就能得出较客观、准确的结果。Purpose： to explore the application of VEP visual acuity detection in the forensic clinical examination on impaired vision by optic nerve injury. Method： to improve the accuracy and objectivity, we need to analyze the mechanism of optic nerve injury, detect meticulously and in detail, then judge comprehensively. Result： by systematic detection, especially the use of EVP, we can reach objective conclusions. Conclusion： by comprehensive analysis, the identification result on impaired vision by optic nerve injury can be concluded.
