摘 要:简单的节能减排阶段已经过去,节能已经不能单纯地只面对能源和污染物了,更要着眼于工艺、装备的变革.根据中国钢铁工业发展阶段变化带来的新形势和新要求,通过国内外考察和前期研究可知,发达国家专家认为靠技术节能减排已经不能获得较好的节能减排效果了,而是通过工艺革命或工艺革新,在保证产品质量和产量的前提下,从源头减少能耗和污染物的产生;根据国内对通过改变工艺实现节能减排的作法还较少的现实,分析总结国外冶金工业源头节能减排的新方法、新技术,得出中国冶金工业节能减排的基本途径:即在继续现有研究和推广节能减排技术的同时,要开始源头节能减排的新工艺、新装备的研究.对国内源头节能减排新工艺装备的一些案例研究进行了介绍.The ordinary method of energy conservation and emission reduction has been out of time. Energy saving should focus on the reform of technology and equipment instead of facing the energy sources and pollutant only. According to the new situation and demands caused by changing stage of Chinese steel industry development, and through the study at home and abroad and the preliminary research, developed countries thought energy conservation and emission reduction depending on technology could not achieve better effect. We should reduce the production of energy consumption and pollutant from the source on the premise of ensuring the production and quality of products by way of technology revolution and innovation. On the basis of the reality that few industries achieved energy conservation and emission reduction through technology improvement, new technology and methods used to save energy and reduce emission in foreign metallurgy industries were analyzed and summarized. Basic ways of energy conservation and emission reduction for Chinese metallurgy industries is concluded, that is the research on new technology and new equipments of saving energy and reducing emission should be taken up, meanwhile, current research should continue and technology of energy conservation and emission reduction should be promoted. Some case studies on new technological equipment for energy conservation and emission reduction from the source in China was introduced.
