摘  要:为了提高Hg0的脱除效率,研究氧化剂芬顿试剂将Hg0氧化为Hg2+的影响因素,考察了改变芬顿试剂的配比、pH值、SO2体积分数及反应时间等因素对Hg0氧化脱除效率的影响。结果显示:只有当H2O2与阳离子混合时,芬顿试剂对Hg0的氧化脱除效率才较高,单独使用其中某种物质,其氧化效率均较低;Fe2+的氧化效率高于Fe3+;芬顿试剂的最佳氧化pH值约为3;SO2的体积分数对芬顿试剂的氧化效率无影响;反应时间越长,Hg0的氧化脱除效率越高。To enhance the removal efficiency of metallic mercury(Hg0),how the Hg0 is oxidized into Hg2+by Fenton reagent and the factors influencing this oxidization process was investigated.For the Fenton reagents with different proportions of Fe3+,Cu2+and Fe2+,the effects of such factors as pH value,SO2 concentration and reaction time on the Hg0 removal efficiency were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that,only when the additive(H2O2)was mixed with the catalyst(Fe-type compounds)in the solution,the solution was able to oxidize Hg0 effectively,using the H2O2 alone or the catalyst alone can not reach a high mercury removal rate.The iron-based Fenton-type additives gave much more promising results compared to the Cu-based Fenton-like additives for Hg0 oxidation,the Fe2+solution was found to perform better than the Fe3+ solution in the overall conversion processes.The pH value of the solution was found to have a significant effect on the oxidation of Hg0 and the optimum solution pH value was 3.0.There was little indication that the presence of SO2 contributed to Hg0 oxidation.The removal efficiency of Hg0 increased with the flue gas' s residence time in the Fenton reagent.
