摘  要:针对核电机组主蒸汽阀门突然关闭导致主蒸汽管道产生汽锤力,影响机组安全运行的问题,采用PIPENET软件模拟了高温气冷堆主蒸汽管道产生汽锤现象的过程,从内压、汽锤力及共振等方面分析了汽锤力对高温气冷堆主蒸汽管道安全性的影响。结果表明,汽锤现象发生时,管系应力不会超过许用应力,而且不会导致管系共振,高温气冷堆主蒸汽系统安全,对人员、环境和设备不会造成损坏。Sudden closure of the main steam valve in nuclear power plant will cause steam hammer occurring in the main steam pipeline,which will affect the unit safety operation.To solve this problem,the PIPENET software was employed to simulate the steam hammer process in high temperature gas-cooled reactor(HTGR).The effect of steam hammer force on the pipe safety was investigated,from the aspect of inner pressure,steam hammer force and resonance.The results show that,the main steam pipe of HTGR has adequate security margins when steam hammer occurs,so the steam hammer will not cause the pipes' resonance.Therefore,when the steam hammer occurs,the main steam system of the HTGR is safe,and it will not casue damages on human beings and the environment and the equipments.
