摘  要:为了分析加装低压省煤器对机组热力性能的影响,以某亚临界320 MW机组为例,对机组加装低压省煤器前、后锅炉效率、汽轮机热耗率和机组供电煤耗率等进行了热力性能试验。结果表明,机组加装低压省煤器后,锅炉效率提高了1.41%,尽管汽轮机热耗率增加了64.5kJ/(kW·h),但机组供电煤耗率降低了2.2g/(kW·h),节能效果显著。The effect of adding low-pressure economizer on the unit thermal performance was introduced,and the calculation method of the unit thermal performance index was put forward.Moreover,Taking a300 MW unit as the example,the thermal performance tests were conducted for the unit before and after the low-pressure economizer was added.The variations of boiler efficiency,steam turbine heat consumption rate,unit net coal consumption rate and other parameters were obtained.The results show that,after the low-pressure economizer was added,the boiler efficiency increased by 1.41%,the unit coal consumption rate reduced by 2.2g/(kW·h)although the turbine heat rate increased by 64.5kJ/(kW·h).The unit equipped with low-pressure economizer achieved objective energy-saving effect.
