摘 要:为能侵彻双层间隔靶,研究一种线型聚能装药结构,优化装药结构各个参数。基于正交试验方法提出对各射流指标进行装药结构参数的组合设计方案,通过仿真模拟并提取射流数据,研究不同参数间的交互作用,获得高置信水平的优化装药结构设计方法。进一步通过单项试验验证了仿真结果和正交分析的有效性,获得了侵彻双层靶板的线型聚能装药结构的最优组合。A new type of linear shaped charge structure( LSC) was designed to penetrate a hollow double layer target with certain plate thickness and spacing. First,we set up a range of LSC structure parameters,including liner cone angle and thickness,bus bar length and explosive charge. Then,we obtained the structure with parameters close to the critical condition of penetrating into the target using numerical simulation method. Next,we determined the optimal combination of different factors at various levels using orthogonal optimization design with consideration of safety margin in practical application and the interaction between two different parameters. At last,we conducted a field test to validate the correctness of both numerical simulation and the optimal combination. The results indicated that the orthogonal optimization method and the simulation results agreed fully with the physical principal.
