摘 要:光学相干断层(optical coherence tomography,OCT)扫描技术,近年来在眼科疾病诊断方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,快速自动地OCT膜层提取可为初步疾病诊断提供依据,在一定程度上减轻了眼科医生的工作量。采用区域分割方法完成了OCT图像的膜层提取和初步疾病诊断。首先利用阈值分割和缩小区域法获取了内界膜和感光细胞内/外节联边界;然后提取了视网膜的厚度、两层膜之间的孔洞和玻璃体内的反射信号,以此作为疾病诊断的依据;最后利用细分区域法完成了中间三层膜的提取。In recent years,optical coherence tomography( OCT) has been played an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of eye diseases,rapid automatic OCT film layer extraction can provide the basis for the initial diagnosis,to some extent,the workload of ophthalmologists is reduced. The film layer extraction and preliminary diagnosis of the OCT image are completed by means of region segmentation. Firstly,ILM and the boundary of IS / OS are obtained by using threshold segmentation and reducing region,then,the thickness of the retina,the holes between film layers and the reflected signals of the vitreous are extracted,as a basis for disease diagnosis,finally,the extraction of intermediate three film layers are completed by means of subdivision region methods.
