摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中甲醛酯的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法空气样品采用活性炭管采集,经二硫化碳溶液解吸后,毛细管色谱柱分离,采用火焰离子化检测器检测。结果甲醛酯质量浓度在1.74-34 800.00 mg/L呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限和定量下限分别为0.20和0.80 mg/L,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为0.14和0.54 mg/m^3(以采集1.50 L空气计);平均解吸效率为92.41%-96.84%,批内、批间精密度分别为2.79%-6.72%和4.20%-7.37%,样品在常温下至少可保存8 d,在4℃冰箱中至少可保存19 d。结论本方法操作简单,解吸效率和灵敏度高,精密度好,可长时间保存样品,适用于工作场所空气中甲醛酯的采集与检测。Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatography method for detecting ethylal in workplace air.Methods Ethylal in workplace air was collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with carbon disulfide. It was then separated by capillary-column chromatography and detected by flame ionization detector. Results The linear range of ethylal was 1. 74-34 800. 00 mg / L,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The limit of detection and the limit of quantification were 0. 20 and 0. 80 mg / L, respectively. The minimum detectable concentration and the minimum quantification concentration were 0. 14 and 0. 54 mg / m^3respectively( sample volume,1. 50 L). The average desorption efficiency was 92. 41%-96. 84%. The within-run and between-run precisions were 2. 79%-6. 72% and 4. 20%-7. 37%,respectively. The samples could be kept at least 8 days under normal temperature and 19 days at 4 ℃. Conclusion This method has features of simple operation,high desorption efficiency,high sensitivity and precision,which is suitable for detecting ethylal in workplace air.
