非正式制度视角的农民工市民化意愿及障碍——以湛江市为例

摘　　要：以湛江市农民工为调研对象,通过"湛江市农民工市民化现状、意愿及障碍情况"问卷数据,从非正式制度的视角,分析了农民工市民化的意愿及障碍。结果显示:湛江市农民工市民化意愿比较高;农民工市民化非正式制度方面的障碍包括城市归属感、故土情怀和进城成本。进一步,基于湛江市新型城镇化发展的现状及未来系列重大项目带来的经济发展潜力,探讨了促进欠发达地区农民工市民化的措施。Taking the migrant workers of Zhanjiang City as the research object, with the questionnaire data of ＂the Status, Willingness and Obstacles for the Citizenization of Migrant Workers of Zhanjiang City＂, from the perspective of informal institution, this paper analyses the willingness and obstacles for the citizenization of migrant workers. The results shows that： Firstly, the willingness for the citizenization of migrant workers of Zhanjiang city is higher; Secondly, the obstacles for the citizenization of migrant workers from the perspective of informal institution show following： belonging sense of city, nostalgic feeling of native land, and the cost of city-entering. Further, Based on the current situation of the development of new urbanization and the economic development potential in the future pushed forward by some major projects in Zhanjiang city, measures to promote the citizenization of migrant workers in underdevelopment areas are put forward.
