摘 要:目的建立胶囊中Cr(Ⅵ)的碳酸钠溶液选择性提取-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定的新方法。方法胶囊在煮沸的Na_2CO_3溶液中溶解,Cr(Ⅵ)可溶解于溶液中,而Cr(Ⅲ)不溶于该溶液中,从而达到选择性提取胶囊中六价铬的目的。通过优化提取液中Na_2CO_3的浓度和石墨炉原子吸收法的灰化时间、温度获得了最佳实验条件。结果胶囊中的Cr(Ⅵ)在0.06 mol/L Na_2CO_3溶液中的提取效率最高且不干扰测定;本法的线性范围为0.50μg/L^16.00μg/L,方法的最低检出限为0.50μg/L,回收率为95.6%~118.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.75%。结论所建立的新方法简便、快速、可靠,可用于胶囊中Cr(Ⅵ)的选择性测定。Objective To establish a selective extraction method for the determination of the chromium( Ⅵ) in capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods Capsules were dissolved in boiling Na2CO3 solution,and Cr( Ⅵ) could dissovlve into the solution,but chromium( Ⅲ) could not,so as to electively select chromium( Ⅵ). By optimizing the concentration of Na2CO3 in the extract solution and the ashing temperature and time of graphite furnace atomic absorption method,to obtain the optimum experimental conditions. Results 0. 06 mol / L Na2CO3 could achieve the best extraction efficiency for chromium( Ⅵ) and did not disturb the determination of chromium( Ⅵ). The linear range of the method was among0. 50 μg / L- 16. 00 μg / L. The lowest detection limit was 0. 50 μg / L with the relative standard deviation of 4. 75%. The recoveries were among 95. 6%- 118. 7%. Conclusion The proposed method is simple,rapid,and reliable,and it is suitable for the selective determination of chromium( Ⅵ) in capsules.
