摘　　要：水乳型SBS改性沥青防水涂料兼具SBS改性沥青和水乳型沥青防水涂料两者的优点,具有优异的环保性能、防水性能、耐高、低温性能、施工性能等特点,能应用于厨房、卫生间、屋面、地下室、外墙等地点,在防水方面具有广阔的应用前景。但存在稳定性差、固体含量低和高固含量的水乳型SBS改性沥青防水涂料制备难度高等问题。通过调研论述了水乳型SBS改性沥青防水涂料的发展历程、优点、适用范围以及存在的问题,供从事该研究的技术人员参考。With the advantages of both SBS modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt waterproof coating, emulsified SBS modified asphalt waterproof coating has a wide application prospect in the waterproofing mar- ket. It has excellent environment - friendly performance, waterproof property, high and low temperature resist- ance and workability. Typical applications include kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, basements, external wails and so on. But there are still some problems, such as poor stability, low solid content and difficult emulsifying. On the basis of a great amount of investigation and research, this paper discussed the development, advantages, scope of application and existing problems of emulsified SBS modified asphalt waterproof coating to provide ref- erence for relevant researchers.
