鸡蛋花水提取物对小鼠镇咳及祛痰作用

摘　　要：目的探讨鸡蛋花水提取物对小鼠的镇咳、祛痰作用。方法采用小鼠浓氨水引咳法和酚红排泄法,设立正常对照组、鸡蛋花水提取物小、中、大剂量组(剂量依次为1.2,2.1,3.0 g·kg^(-1))、阳性对照组(枸橼酸喷托维林片组和氯化铵组),均按每千克体质量剂量灌胃给药。氨水引咳法实验小鼠给药5 d后,观察小鼠咳嗽潜伏期及3 min内咳嗽次数;酚红排泄实验小鼠给药5 d,于末次给药1 h后腹腔注射2.5%酚红溶液,观察小鼠气管酚红排泌量。结果与正常对照组比较,鸡蛋花水提取物3种剂量组均能延长浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期(F=13.54,P<0.05);枸橼酸喷托维林片组及鸡蛋花水提取物小剂量组均能减少浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽次数(F=4.98,P<0.05);鸡蛋花水提取物小、大两种剂量组能使小鼠气管分泌酚红量增加(F=6.98,P<0.05)。与枸橼酸喷托维林片组比较,鸡蛋花水提取物小、中两种剂量组能延长浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期(F=11.43,P<0.05)。结论鸡蛋花水提取物有镇咳、祛痰作用。Objective To explore the antitussive and expectorant effects of water extract of Plumeria rubra in mice.Methods The antitussive and expectorant effects in mice were observed by concentrated ammonia induced cough model and phenol red excretion method. The mice were divided into normal control group,Plumeria rubra water extract group（ 1. 2,2. 1,3.0 g·kg^-1）,and positive control group（ carbetapentane citrate group and ammonium chloride group）. The mice were intragastrically administrated according to per kg body weight dose. After corresponding drug administration for five days,latent phase of cough and cough frequency per 3 min were recorded in mice. The mice of phenol sulfonphthalein excretion test were administered for 5 days,and 1 h after final adminstration,2.5% phenol sulfonphthalein solution was intraperitoneally injected to detect the concentration of tracheal phenol sulfonphthalein. Results Compared with normal control group,the latent phase was significantly longer in low,middle and high Plumeria rubra water extract group（ F = 13.54,P〈0.05）.The cough frequency per 3min was significantly reduced in low Plumeria rubra water extract group and the carbetapentane citrate group（ F = 4. 98,P〈0.05）; the concentration of phenol sulfonphthalein of mouse trachea in low and high Plumeria rubra water extract group was significantly increased（ F = 6. 98,P〈0. 05）. Latent phase of cough was longer in low and middle Plumeria rubra water extract group than in carbetapentane citrate group（ F = 11. 43,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Plumeria rubra water extract has significant antititussive and expectorant efficacy.
