摘　　要：仔猪早期断奶后,由于营养、生理、环境和心理因素的影响,会引起仔猪的应激反应,在断奶应激中,以蛋白质来源的营养应激最为强烈。因此选择合适的蛋白原料配制仔猪饲粮,对降低仔猪断奶应激、提高仔猪生长性能具有重要意义。文章就血浆蛋白粉、马铃薯蛋白粉和肠膜蛋白粉3种不同蛋白原料的营养特性以及在断奶仔猪生产中的研究应用作以综述。Piglets stress reaction can be caused due to the influence of nutrition,physiology,environment and psychology after piglets weaned,and sources of protein nutritional stress is the strongest.Choosing the appropriate protein has great significance on decreasing weaned stress and improving growth performance of piglets.This paper summarized the nutritional characteristics and application on weaning piglets of plasma protein powder,potato protein and dried porcine solubles.
