摘 要:埋地管道不开挖修复技术是节能降耗,改善环境的重要措施,受到政府、企业的普遍重视,在原有管道内做衬层修复是广泛采用的修复方法。影响钢质旧管道内衬玻璃钢软管修复质量的关键技术之一是玻璃钢软管与钢管内壁之间的粘接强度。钢质旧管道内衬玻璃钢软管修复的目的在于获得钢塑复合管,即钢管和玻璃钢管二者粘接起来成为一个整体,以终止钢管内腐蚀,增强钢管强度,延长钢管寿命。钢塑复合是管道内衬修复技术的重要组成部分,钢塑复合的重要发现是在粘接理论指导下提高其界面亲和力的实践过程。论述了粘接理论指导提高粘接强度实践的详细过程。The rehabilitation technology of underground pipeline without ground breaking is an important technology for energy saving and environmental protection, which has received attention of government and relative enterprises. The rehabilitation of existing pipelines with lining is a method extensively applied in pipeline operation. The adhesion strength between steel pipe and plastic compound pipe is deemed as the critical factor in pipeline rehabilitation with respect to the quality of FRP ( Fiber Reinforced Pipe) lining. The application of FRP is to elevate the strength of old steel pipe by bonding together with FRP line in order to achieve structural integrity so as to terminate corrosion and extend the service life of pipelines. Steel-plastic pipeline recombination is the essential factor of pipeline lining technology, which is put into practice with the guidance of adhesion theory. The application of adhesion is demonstrated and illustrated by above-mentioned theory in this research paper.
