水性涂料在油罐防腐中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了公司的基本状况和油罐的腐蚀情况,重点介绍了湖北中科博策新材料科技有限公司的水性防腐蚀涂料体系。该涂料为水性,涂料溶剂为水,双组份,常温固化,而且可以带锈施工,也可以在有氧化皮的金属表面施工,对人体和环境都没有任何危害。介绍了用于油罐的水性防腐涂料的底层、中间层和面层水性涂料的具体性能指标。施工过程自来水稀释非常方便,经过2a的使用,涂层表面色度、光滑度等没有变化,更没有出现任何涂层裂纹、脱落等问题,整体效果比较理想。The corrosion of oil tanks and the waterborne coating system of Hubei Zhongke BC New Material Technology Co. , Ltd. are described. The coating is waterborne and the coating solvent is water. It is solid in ambient temperature and can be applied with rust or on the metal surface of oxidized film without any harm to people and environment. The performances and properties of prime layer, the middle layer and surface layer coatings are introduced. There is no bad smell and bad feeling of people in construction. The injection water is running water and there is no special requirement. After 2 years＇ operation, no changes of colority and smoothness are found, and there is no cracking and spalling of the coating. The application is satisfactory.
