摘 要:某石化厂加氢车间08Cr2Al Mo换热器管束发生腐蚀减薄失效。通过对换热器管束进行理化分析,结合工况条件及相关腐蚀机理,找出了引起管束腐蚀的原因。分析结果表明:该管束腐蚀类型为连续性腐蚀,其以吸氧腐蚀和R_1NR_2-H_2S-H_2O的腐蚀为主,热稳定性盐(HSS)腐蚀和醇胺降解腐蚀为辅;过量加入的自来水导致甲基=乙醇胺(MDEA)贫溶液中氧含量的增加是引起管束发生连续性腐蚀的主要原因;换热管基体材质成分中Al含量偏高与组织中局部晶粒分布不均匀、部分晶粒偏大,加快了管束的腐蚀速率。The failure of 08Cr2AlMo tube bundle caused by corrosion thinning has occurred in a heat exchanger in the hydrogenation unit of Yantze Petrochemical Company. The root causes of corrosion of tubes were found out through physical and chemical analysis of the corroded tubes and in consideration of operating conditions and corrosion mechanisms. The results of analysis show that the corrosion of the tubes is continuous corrosion, which is mainly oxygen absorption corrosion and R1 NR2- H2S-H20 corrosion. In addition, the heat-stable salts and degradation products of alcohol amine also contribute to the corrosion to some extent. Furthermore, it is also found that the over supplied water, which causes the increase of oxygen content in the lean MDEA solution, is the main cause leading to the continuous corrosion of exchanger tubes. Furthermore, heterogeneousness of local grain sizes and higher Al content in the tubes material have also accelerated the corrosion.
