医务人员在SPECT/CT下肾动态扫描过程中的辐射防护

摘　　要：对329例行肾动态显像患者分别监测装满99m Tc-DTPA的注射器及注射时、注射结束后的空注射器的γ射线剂量。结果显示,包括医务人员受到的131I年受照剂量均在50 msv的限值范围以下,健康检查未发现异常。结论医务人员只要按照相关的辐射防护原则以及按照时间防护,距离防护和屏蔽防护的原则进行操作,就可避免不必要的照射。The doses of γ- ray which filled with 99mTc - DTPA syringe while injecting and empty syringe after completion were monitored respectively for 329 cases of patients with kidney dynamic imaging. The results showed that the annual irradiative doses of I received by the medical staff were under the scope of limit 50 msv averagely, the physical examination were not found abnormal. Conclusion ： the medical staff can avoid unnecessary irradiation on the principles of relevant radiative protection rules; time protection; distance protection as well as shiel- ding protection.
