摘 要:目的探讨短期封闭强化训练应激对维和军人记忆功能的影响。方法以即将参加维和的40名军人为实验组,封闭强化训练三个月,以日常训练的军人40名为对照组,进行常规非封闭性训练三个月,两组训练结束后立即进行记忆功能测试,包括言语性记忆WHO-UCLA听觉词语学习测验(即刻回忆、插入测验、短时延迟回忆、长时延迟回忆、长时延迟再认),视觉记忆采用修订Rey复杂图形记忆测验(图形临摹及图形延迟回忆)。结果训练前,两组记忆功能测验差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。训练后,在即刻回忆、长时延迟再认方面维和军人得分[(51.50±8.65)分、(28.65±1.44)分]高于日常训练军人[(45.83±8.86)分、(27.60±2.05)分,P〈0.05]。维和军人的插入测验、短时延迟回忆、长时延迟回忆、图形临摹、图形回忆得分[(4.85±2.23)分、(10.95±2.47)分、(11.83±2.03)分、(33.67±2.18)分、(22.88±7.03)分]与日常训练军人[(4.28±1.78)分、(11.70±2.16)分、(11.10±2.69)分、(32.70±2.87)分、(21.13±5.55)分]相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论短期封闭强化训练应激可影响维和军人记忆功能,适度的应激可以提高人的认知能力。Objective To investigate the effects of stress on memory function in confined intensive train- ing of peace-keeping soldiers. Methods 40 peace-keeping soldiers were chosen as the experimental group and were confined training intensively for three months.40 common soldiers were taken as control group and accepted routine non-confined training. After the training, they were tested memory functional tests, including verbal memory WHO-UCLA auditory verbal learning test (immediate recall, insertion test, the short-time delayed memories, long delayed recall,long delayed recognition ) , and visual memory which was used the Rey Ostereitb Complex Figure ( graphics copy and graphic delayed recall). Results Before training, there was no significant difference of memo- ry function tests between the two groups(P〉0.05). After training,the scores of immediate recall and long time de- layed recognition in peaeekeeping soldiers ( (51.50± 8.65 ), (28.65 ± 1.44) ) were higher than those of common sol- diers ( ( 45.83 ± 8.86), ( 27.60 ± 2.05 ), P〈 0.05 ). No significant difference was found in the inserted into the test score,long time delayed recall, short time delayed recall, graphics copy and graphics recall between peace-keeping soldiers( (4.85±2.23), ( 10.95±2.47), ( 11.83±2.03 ), ( 33.67±2.18), ( 22.88±7.03 ) ) and routine-training sol- diers ( ( 4.28± 1.78 ), ( 11.70±2.16), ( 11.10±2.69 ), ( 32.70±2.87 ), ( 21.13±5.55 ), P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The short-time intense training can effect the memory function of peacekeepers, and the moderate stress can increase the memory function of soldiers.
